Each product page includes a Size Guide with detailed measurements for your convenience.

Simply add your favourite items to your cart and proceed to checkout.
You can check out as a guest or create an account for faster future purchases and exclusive member perks.

3. Do I need an account to shop?

No — you can complete your purchase as a guest.
However, creating an account allows you to track your orders, view purchase history, and receive exclusive offers.

5. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship within the United Kingdom only.

Flat Rate £4.99 for orders under £50

7. How long does delivery take?

Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days

Express Delivery: 1–2 business days

Note: Delivery times may vary during holidays or peak sales events.

9. What is your return policy?

We want you to love your purchase!
You can return unworn and unused items within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.

All returns must be in their original packaging with tags attached.
For hygiene reasons, underwear and intimate pieces cannot be returned unless faulty.

Yes!
If you’d like to exchange your item for a different size or colour, contact info@velurestore.com or visit our Returns Portal.
Exchanges are processed promptly once we receive the original item back.
